SSC MTS & Havaldar Recruitment 2025 Apply Online for 7948 Posts and Exam Date Notice Released

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the SSC MTS & Havaldar Recruitment Notification 2025 for 7948 positions across various central government departments. The online application process for SSC MTS Vacancy 2025 started on 26 June 2025 and will remain open till 24 July 2025. Interested candidates can apply through the official website: https://ssc.gov.in. To be eligible, candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th class) from a recognized board as of the cutoff date. The minimum age required is 18 years, and the maximum age is 25–27 years (depending on the post), as on 1 August 2025.

Maximum Age (Havaldar): 27 years

The selection process for SSC MTS includes a Computer-Based Test (CBT) only, while Havaldar candidates must also qualify the Physical Efficiency and Standard Test (PET/PST) followed by Document Verification. The application fee is ₹100 per post, which can be paid online through debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI. Other Category applicants and all category females are not required to pay fee charges. Candidates selected for SSC MTS or Havaldar posts will be placed under Pay Level 1 with a basic salary of ₹18,000 per month.
