NTA JEE Main Session-I Exam City & Admit Card 2026: Released
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the Advance City Intimation Slip for JEE Main 2026 Session-I for candidates appearing in the January examination cycle. This update is important for the around 14.5 lakh candidates registered for Session-I, as it informs them about the allotted examination city to help with early travel planning. The JEE Main 2026 Session-I exam will be conducted from 21 January 2026 to 30 January 2026 in two shifts each day. Shift-1 will be held from 09:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, and Shift-2 from 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM.
Candidates can download the City Intimation Slip from 08 January 2026 using their Application Number and Date of Birth from jeemain.nta.nic.in. The same login details will be required later to download the JEE Main 2026 Admit Card. This slip is not the Admit Card. The Admit Card will be issued separately 3–4 days before the exam. The exam will be of 300 total marks, with negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer and 4 marks for every correct response.
