Jharkhand High Court Legal Assistant Recruitment 2026: Apply Offline for Contractual Posts

The High Court Legal Services Committee has officially released the recruitment notification (Advertisement No. 01/2026) for the engagement of Legal Assistants on a contractual basis. Interested and eligible candidates can apply offline by submitting their application forms to the office of the High Court Legal Services Committee by 02 February 2026.

Minimum Age: 21 Years

Maximum Age: 35 Years

Documents Required:

• Matriculation Certificate (Proof of Date of Birth).
• Mark sheets (all semesters/years) of Law Graduation/Post Graduation.
• Provisional/Original Degree Certificate of Law.
• Computer Certificate (if any).
• Passport size colour photograph.
• Self-attested copies of all documents.

Jharkhand High Court Legal Assistant Vacancy 2026 Qualification candidates must be a Law Graduate or Post-graduate from a University/College recognized by the Bar Council of India. Students in the final year of their Law course are also eligible subject to passing their final examination. Jharkhand High Court age limit for applying ranges from 21 to 35 years as on the date of advertisement. The selection process will be based on merit and interview. Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly honorarium of Rs. 40,000/-.
